As an avid North Woods outdoors woman and Professional Coach, I often get asked for recommendations about what works and what doesn't when it comes to sports nutrition, training programs, gear, clothing, shoes, chafing, injury prevention, how to dress for cold weather running, how to carry water on the trail, etc. Rather than crowd my main blog page with yet another list down the right side, I decided to create a new blog to keep this stuff separate. It also allows me to list more stuff ;)
